How Did We Do?

3D Printing Tech really helped me out of a very tricky situation. I was trying to stop the outdoor faucet that we use on a consistent basis to top off the pool from leaking. In my effort to stop the leak I overtorqued the faucet as it came through the outer house wall and slightly bent the copper supply line.. This could have been a huge disaster if I wasn’t able to find a shark bite faucet replacement, however when I installed that it left the faucet installed in an unstable condition with a gap between the faucet bib & the wall. I thought about trying to fabricate something from wood and even plexiglass but I didn’t have the tools handy to create it such precision. So I contacted 3D Printing about my dilemma. Once in discussion I created a sketch of a design in MS/xls which John modified and he had a prototype for me to try in 2 days . After some adjustments it was perfected, fabricated & in place. I’d highly recommend John @ 3D for his promptness and the solution it helped me avoid a costly plumbing repair.
